Wow! Are we having fun with this! We whipped up our first batch to go with some burgers my husband was grilling. We also had some potato chips to go with the meal. I used a little lime salt in the peppers, then we stuffed them with shrimp and pinned them with bacon. When dinner was ready, we plowed through the peppers, even our picky kids! The poor bag of chips was left unopened, and there were even a few burgers left over as everyone divvied up the peppers. Thanks for a great and convenient way to enjoy fresh peppers! Since it's getting colder here, I am guessing the next place we see the Chile Grill will be the oven.
